    Client Management: Interacting with the hiring managers to understand their manpower requirements, Relationship building with existing clients, reviving old dormant clients. Talent Mapping: Mapping the talent pool across industries and functions.

    Preparation of weekly and Monthly MIS reports pertaining the day to day activities related to interview conducted, offer made, drop out cases, extension of joining and submit the reports to senior management for analysis.
